Trinity Cove Subdivision

Our affordable-tier Trinity Cove Subdivision is perfect for those who don’t need full time RV and are planning to construct a manufactured home in a lake-side subdivision. The typical lot size is 0.18 – 0.2 acre. This is a manufactured home, tiny home, and modular home-friendly area with a minimum of 525 square feet building requirement. It has its own boat ramps with direct access to Lake Livingston. It also has its own RV park for guest visits with a reduced daily rate for property owners. Electric service is available through Entergy Texas Electric, and water service is available by Trinity City water department. Single lots will need an aerobic septic system, while double lots can install a conventional septic system. Our single lots are priced reasonably at around $10,000/lot, and property tax is around $170/lot per year. POA fee is around $125/lot per year.
