My first time buying land and LeAnn and Andrew were patient with me and helped guide me through the entire process. At one point, I was very frustrated at my bank but LeAnn and Andrew went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were happy and were able to purchase the land. After 10 years of trying to afford our own land, Elegment Land made our dream of being land owners come true! We bought the property sight unseen while we were a few states away. That was pretty scary for us as we didnt know what the property really looked like. We are so grateful that we trusted them! We were HIGHLY impressed with the property when we arrived there. They even put the extra work in to build proper drainage and create a RV pad on the property. I am still in shock that they sold us such an AMAZING property within a 2 minute drive to a beautiful lake for such a great price! It is very rare to go through the purchase of property without issues and stress. However, I found an exception to this. Elegment Land proved the old stereo type wrong. I have purchased many properties in the past and never have I had such a stress-free easy purchase. All phone calls, text messages were answered swiftly, and all information provided me was accurate. From the owner of the property I purchased from, to the sales Manager I worked with. It was an extreme pleasure and fun to work with. The property I purchased was more than expected. I cannot say enough about them.

Andrew was amazing and fair he stood by me when I hit roadblocks with my lender and jumped into the battle with them to help get it worked out.

We purchased land in Texas and live out of state Leann and Andrew were above nice and the property closed early. When I get ready to buy land again I would go to Andrew he answered all our questions and what a nice young gentleman he is. I would highly recommend him and his assistant Leann what a sweetheart.

I found our dream property while searching online and immediately called the owner and wanted to view it. Andrew’s number was listed and after a conversation, he gave me Leanne’s number. We then talked and I went to view the property the next day! I fell in love, gave Andrew a call, and had the application sent over that very same day! I found Elegment Land listings on Zillow. I like Zillow, it’s easy to take in and find what you want. The land is in the region I’d been looking for. No middle man :), the seller is the owner, and well-arranged Elegment web page with comprehensive info about each lot. Because I live outside the US, important was that Elegment offered all the paperwork during the buying process, for a fee of course. The purchasing steps were “Easy to grasp”, all the process was very fast due to active communication with the Elegment team even via email during holidays. I received all the documents electronically. De facto, you can purchase a land within a week :). In case of you have any questions, the response is very quick.
